- We have been married for 6 years. We've been blessed to receive a piece of God's heart for Africa. We are fortunate that we have been able to go to Africa several times for missions & work in the last 4 years. Our hearts longing & call is to serve, empower and love on the African people, especially the orphans. We plan to answer the call God's placed in our hearts, and move our lives to E. Africa in His timing. Woven into our heart's love for Africa was also the desire to adopt an African child one day, and the day has come. In June 06' we started the adoption process, and now we can joyfully say our kids are home! We adopted 2 beautiful siblings from Liberia West Africa, our son Osobie, 5 yrs and our daughter Fatu, 4 yrs. We started this process with a seedling of faith, and a desire, that's it. We didn't have the money or any idea how we'd fund it, but God is faithful! After a long battle, and 2 trips to Liberia, God gave us the desires of our hearts and we brought home our 2 wonderful kids! We are overwhelmed with joy and thanking God for forming our family!
