I really enjoyed these pictures! I have long thought that your kids are two of the cutest kiddos ever!

I can't wait until our children are old enough to take climbing since we love it so much. We've talked about getting a set of holds to put up a line on the outside wall of our house for them to start on.

Thanks for sharing the pics!

We've found some great deals on climbing gear through Sierra Trading Post (check out their climbing section online)... If you have a REI store close, you might want to see if they do "scratch & dent" sales. Our local store holds them every quarter and we find AMAZING deals on gear that is store overstock or has been returned for silly reasons. We are very careful to buy new ropes and harnesses and biners because out lives depend on them! But things like shoes and chalk-bags and the like can be picked up at a REI sale. Sierra usually has good kid's gear, and it is all new -- just last year's colors or 2nds (for cosmetic reasons.)

Hope that helps!

You'll have to keep posting climbing pictures of the kids...

I'm sorry I haven't commented on your blog for a really really long time. I love seeing you with your babies, and I'm so glad they are home. I remember when I met them for the first time in Liberia, I was so taken by their smiles. I am so glad you fought like the mamma lion you are and got them home! I am so happy for you all and can't wait to hear more about your journey!

Love,

Jocelyn
