PRAISE GOD WITH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We met with Alma yesterday morning...and by a miracle of GOD..Alma did not ask to interview the birth mothers!!!!!!!! Just so you all know, this is seriously a miracle of GOD!! I prayed and prayed that GOD could move in mighty ways and grant us visa's!! But NEVER did I think she would grant us visa's without interviewing the birth moms!!!!!!!!! She said she would have the visa's ready by Friday for us!!!! I was in so much shock...I just drove home blown away by all that was happening. Then I came home to the guest house and tears started flowing!!! This time TEARS OF JOY!!!! The guest house workers were concerned when they saw me I had to explain to them "they are tears of joy!!!" and they were all excited with me!!! I called my sister and the celebrations began!!!! I still feel like it is surreal. I cannot believe after this long, hard and trying journey....we WILL have our kids!!! God is Faithful!!! He is victorious!!
I am going to wait until we have the visas on Friday before I go pick up the kids and bring them to the guest house. I'm probably being a little over cautious, but I'd rather do it this way and be certain there are no other random glitches. If all goes well, (still praying for Friday)...We hope to fly home next Wed.!!

for all your prayers!! We are blessed to have such prayer warriors like you all fighting with us!!
God has moved, He has done the impossible, He is faithful!!
For the rest of our days we will share our (and your story too) story of God's faithfulness!!! Thank you for being such a huge part of this all!! He has heard our prayers!!

We love you all!!! We'll update soon!!!
Katie and Jeff

You were both faithful and remained obedient and praised Him in the storm. Now rejoice!! The showers of blessing are pouring down on you today. Enjoy hugging and kissing those two little angels. Also, welcome to motherhood. . . you are in for the ride of your life so hang on and enjoy every moment.

Katie, rejoicing with you! As a Mom of a child forever in Sierra Leone because of failed adoption, I can say that the Lord is faithful even when the outcome is not this grand, but I am so thankful He chose to move the mountains in your family and unite you with your children!

Yea God!!! I am reminded of Paul's letter to 2 Corinthians - He recounts how they were under great pressure, far beyond their ability to endure, and in the midst they found their only strength in relying on God and not on themselves. "He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and He will deliver us. On Him we have set our hope that He will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many." (1:10-11) MANY ARE GIVING THANKS FOR THIS AMAZING MIRACLE- To GOD Be THE Glory!

Yay! Such a huge praise. I'm the one who called Jeff back in September when he was in Liberia, and we were having the same problem with our kids' visas. Thankfully, our kids are home, and I have to say, it is more wonderful than you can imagine after really facing the fact that you may never bring them home! I will pray for your upcoming days of joy!
